900 Minnesota — Esprit Park
When San Francisco-based developer Build, Inc. developed their vision for Espirit Park, the partner they relied upon was McGuire. Build Inc. understood we could help implement their vision and sell this eight-building, 142-unit historic project at 900 Minnesota, home of the former Esprit Clothing headquarters. We offered Build, Inc. the flexibility necessary to successfully bring this project to market over the course of several years.
Together, Build Inc. and McGuire placed significant emphasis on preserving architectural details in the two historic Schilling Winery buildings, creating a rare sense of community in this up-and-coming neighborhood-all to deliver a high return product at reasonable cost.
As a trusted partner, McGuire plays an instrumental role not only in traditional pre-marketing, but also in design, floor plan and configuration review. Expectations are to deliver over $130 more per square foot than called for in the original pro forma when the project delivers in 2007-2008.
